Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of Odyrium Studio, a private social media publishing tool operated by Himmelys LLC. Odyrium Studio is self hosted software used by its operator to schedule and publish content to social media accounts that the operator owns. It is not a public service, it is not sold, and accounts are not offered to third parties.
Permitted use
- Publishing content the operator has created or has the right to publish.
- Connecting only social media accounts the operator owns or is authorised to manage.
- Operating within the terms, policies and rate limits of each connected platform.
Prohibited use
- Publishing content that infringes copyright or any other right of a third party.
- Publishing spam, misleading content, or content that violates the community guidelines of a connected platform.
- Connecting accounts belonging to other people without their authorisation.
- Attempting to circumvent the rate limits, review processes or technical restrictions of any connected platform.
Relationship with connected platforms
Odyrium Studio publishes through the official APIs of TikTok, Meta, Google and other platforms. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. Use of each platform through this tool remains subject to that platform's own terms of service. Where those terms conflict with these, the platform's terms prevail.
A platform may suspend, rate limit or revoke API access at any time. Odyrium Studio has no control over such decisions and does not guarantee that publication through any given platform will remain available.
Availability
Odyrium Studio is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. No uptime is guaranteed. Scheduled publications may fail for reasons outside the operator's control, including platform outages, API changes, expired credentials and network failures.
Content ownership
All content uploaded to Odyrium Studio remains the property of whoever created it. Himmelys LLC claims no rights over content processed by the tool beyond what is necessary to publish it as instructed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Himmelys LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of Odyrium Studio, including loss of reach, revenue, followers or data, or the suspension of any social media account.
Privacy
Information handled by Odyrium Studio is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes
These terms may be revised. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its date at the top.
